‍

We are seeking a proactive and organized Funding and Cooperations Manager in Berlin to support and expand ÿ�ճԹ�’s activities in the area of national and European funding. You will take ownership of managing grant applications, monitoring funded projects, and developing strategic partnerships. This is a part-time (50%) or freelance role with flexible working hours.

Your Roles and Responsibilities will be‍

• Identify and manage German national (e.g., ZIM, KMU-innovativ) and European funding opportunities (EIC Accelerator, Eurostars, etc.).
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and reporting of funding proposals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with funding agencies and project partners.
• Manage compliance, budgeting, and reporting for ongoing funded projects.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and cooperation projects with startups, research institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Provide internal advisory on funding strategies to the management and technical teams.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in handling German and European grant programs (especially ZIM, KMU-innovativ, EIC, etc.).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in collaborating with public authorities, funding bodies, and research partners.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on mentality.
• Understanding of technological and startup ecosystems is a strong plus.
